This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Rescue Rivals emergency response strategy game operated by Labii Reatum Ltd ("Rescue Rivals", "we", "us" or "our").
The launch version of Rescue Rivals is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal information from players. Game progress, including credits, reputation, story progress, weekly-operation progress, levels, lives saved and unit upgrades, is stored locally on the player's device.
Rescue Rivals does not currently require registration, names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or payment information. We do not operate advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking in the launch version.
Gameplay progress is stored locally on the device using application storage. This information is used only to preserve progress between sessions. Removing the application or using the in-app reset option may remove this local progress.
The launch version does not contain in-app purchases and does not collect charitable donations. If purchases, fundraising functionality or other payment features are introduced in a future release, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before or alongside that release.
The application is distributed through platform providers such as Apple. Those providers may process information independently under their own privacy policies. Rescue Rivals does not receive personal payment-card information from Apple.
The launch version is not designed to collect personal information from children. If functionality changes in a way that involves personal information, this policy and the relevant age protections will be updated before that functionality is released.
If Rescue Rivals later introduces accounts, multiplayer services, analytics, purchases, advertising or other connected features, this policy will be updated before or alongside the relevant release.
